Online Food Orders

Refunds for online food orders may be considered in the following situations:

• The order was cancelled by Lazeez Hakeem®️.
• Payment was deducted but the order could not be processed.
• The wrong order was delivered due to our error.
• The order was not delivered due to reasons attributable to us.

Refund requests may not be accepted if:

• The food has been consumed.
• The order was placed incorrectly by the customer.
• Dissatisfaction is based solely on personal taste or preference.

Table Reservations

Reservations are generally free of charge unless specifically stated otherwise.

If an advance payment has been collected for a reservation or event, cancellation and refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of booking.

Catering Orders

Catering cancellations must be requested before food preparation begins.

If preparation has already started or ingredients have been specially procured, a full or partial refund may not be possible.

Fees paid for admissions, workshops, or training programmes shall be governed by the cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of registration.

Franchise Enquiries

Amounts paid towards franchise documentation, consultation, or processing (if applicable) shall be subject to the terms mentioned in the respective agreement or proposal.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing time generally depends on the payment provider or banking institution and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
